The Los Angeles County ROP is looking for judges for its Outstanding Student competition in Downey on March 13, 2012. Please contact Linda Matzek at matzek_linda@lacoe.edu for information on the full day event.
I have done this a number of times and can tell you that it is both educational and inspiring to learn what our CTE programs are making happen for our students.
It's an excellent opportunity to network with county and district personnel, learn about career and technical education and fulfill hours for professional development.
