I am writing to see if you may be able to recommend any
students who would be interested in a graduate student worker position we have
available at the USC Alumni Association. It is a paid position and the
student would be working directly with my colleague, Sandra Barsoum, to manage
Society 53, the USC Alumni Association's student outreach program. It is
a fantastic program that would entail day-to-day work with undergraduate
students. Sandra is a fantastic director and mentor.
Ideally, we need someone to begin this summer. In
addition, the earlier they are in the PASA program, the better as we would like
to hire someone who would stay with us for more than one year. The
program is cyclical, so if someone was willing to consider a two year (or more,
for part-time students) commitment, this would be most helpful.
