The Student Affairs Officer is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and coordinating comprehensive outreach program for low income, underrepresented high school students. They are also required to communicate directly with school site principals, teachers and counselors in order to coordinate on site services and monitor college ready services provided to all Upward Bound participants.
