Today’s college student profile is constantly changing and growing to adapt to a new generation of learners. This NASPA Drive-In will give you the opportunity to network with colleagues and glean new insights from experienced professionals with regard to a variety of student populations you may encounter on your campus such as:
* Veteran Students
* International Students
* Students with Disabilities
* Transfer Students
* Undocumented Students
* STEM Students (Students studying Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math)
This workshop will cover all of these topics and more, with discussions surrounding how to better understand the challenges students in these groups are facing in higher education and how you as a professional can best meet these challenges. This drive-in is excellent for graduate students as well as professional staff members.
