Job Summary Statement:  
Serves as one of six Career Counseling Managers of the UCLA Career Center who, with direction from the Associate Director, Counseling Services, supervise and coordinate staff members whose duties (counseling, workshops, events, information dissemination) directly affect the quality and quantity of personalized service for all UCLA students and eligible alumni. Responsible for overall administration and supervision of a sub-area of counseling and program services, as well as functions that support the overall mission of the Career Center. This includes the development and direct delivery of career counseling, consulting, and programming initiatives for all UCLA students, first year through PhDs, and eligible UC alumni. 

This position (Counseling Manager, Graduate Student Services) specifically provides leadership for and develops programs and resources to enhance other counseling staff members' knowledge and expertise in the area of advising graduate students (masters and PhDs). Incumbent consults and collaborates with the Graduate Division, faculty and student affairs staff of academic departments, the Graduate Student Resource Center, the Graduate Student Association, and other selected departments with key linkages to grad students to ensure their access to premium services that address their exclusive needs.
