Viterbi Student Engagement & Support Program Grad Assistant Advertisement


The Viterbi Student Engagement & Support Programs Graduate Assistant participates in the planning and execution of a wide variety of student engagement and support activities, including but not limited to academic workshops, study nights, Freshmen Academy events, Study Days, Klein Institute for Undergraduate Engineering Life (KIUEL) events, and the Viterbi Undergraduate Awards. The Grad Assistant is instrumental in the management of the Viterbi Academic Resource Center (VARC) by serving as the main point of contact for questions regarding VARC services, managing the VARC front desk, facilitating VARC team meetings, and supporting on-going VARC tutor training. Additionally, the Grad Assistant manages student engagement and support program social media marketing efforts.

Candidates must be enrolled in USC graduate coursework for the 2012-2013 academic year. Students receiving work study are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $15 per hour
Hours per week: 20
