For this discussion, Michael Rodriguez will present his master’s thesis research that examines the campus climate/perceptions for USC LGBT students. Rodriguez will share his findings about USC LGBT student experiences, provide commentary from Rutgers University student affairs staff members, and offer recommendations to create an inclusive campus climate. Rodriguez is the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission at the Marshall School of Business. Lunch provided.
