Student Life Specialist
The Student Life Specialist is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of a comprehensive, campus-wide activities program. In addition the Student Life Specialist will coordinate the leadership development program for student leaders. The Student Life Specialist will act on behalf of the Coordinator of Student Life in her absence. 
Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Student Personnel, Counseling or related field required. Minimum of two years of experience in managing college activities and advising student groups required. Experience includes internships and graduate assistantships.

Coordinator, New Student Engagement
The Coordinator of New Student Engagement serves to lead the college in the design, implementation, integration and assessment of a comprehensive engagement, transition and support program to promote academic success for students new to Anne Arundel Community College. This fulltime, position reports to the Director of Student Engagement and collaborates with college units and programs to create a holistic support system for new students, including the development of new student orientation programs.
Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Student Services, Education, Counseling or related field required. A minimum of three years experience in higher education administration, to include at least 1-2 years experience in new student orientation, is required.
