Position Description for:
Program Manager, Student Involvement – Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University

Position Summary
 Provides leadership in the coordination of a comprehensive Fisher College of Business undergraduate student involvement program including development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of college activities, co-curricular initiatives, and student organizations that align with department, college, and university goals and outcomes. The Program Manager will play an important role in advising undergraduate student organizations within the Fisher College of Business and assist in the daily management of student-initiated college events.   The Program Manager provides overall direction of student organizational development, on-going student leader and advisor training, college-based community building programs and events, professional development activities, and student leadership and engagement opportunities. Responsible for all aspects of the daily and long term operations of the Fisher College of Business undergraduate student organizations and will provide support and training to organizations leaders and advisors in order to develop and maintain successful organizations; assists the Leadership and Engagement Team in event planning, coordination, and implementation of undergraduate student experiences, events, and activities within the Fisher College of Business to enhance and enrich the student experience.  This position will require some evening and weekend hours.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree; Knowledge of student development and prior experience with student run programs and/or student organizations

Desired Education and Experience
Masters degree in higher education administration, student personnel, or a related field;  Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
