Job Description
PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to direct Full-Time Programs student recruitment activity and implement the domestic and global strategic plan for driving student enrollment for the portfolio of Full-Time programs at the Graziadio School of Business and Management.
DUTIES: Direct recruiting activity through the strategic plan to meet enrollment targets and goals and ensure maximum quality, consistency, efficiency, effectiveness and high-tough service; supervise and support recruiters; promote the school's programs to prospective students and manage their progress through the recruiting pipeline to enrollment to fulfill established targets and goals; represent the University at fairs, events and forums; research and develop new markets for lead generation to satisfy final student enrollment targets and goals; generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date comparative statistical reports for market analysis, sales targets, performance targets, departmental goals and other reports as needed; serve as CRM expert for the office; frame recruiting efforts to address desired outcomes of other related offices within the school, including Admissions, Career Services and Academic Programs; serve as a careful and responsible steward of departmental resources; uphold University mission through work performed; perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: MBA or Master's Degree; an MBA or Business Master's Degree preferred; a specialization in Marketing strongly preferred; minimum of three (3) years' work experience with at least two (2) years in marketing or sales; management experience preferred; significant higher education admissions or recruitment experience strongly preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills required; strong interpersonal skills required; must have strong presentation skills and be extremely organized; ability to demonstrate detail and professionalism, and take initiative to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment; must be prepared to meet or exceed established work targets and goals; must have the ability to handle highly confidential information; good familiarity with the nuances of marketing graduate education, significant experience with at least one other culture and language preferred; ,must be proficient in MS Office, database, social networking applications and have advanced skills in data analysis in MS Excel and good research skills; ability to excel at managing CRM systems; strong interest in and aptitude for new technologies and devices; must acknowledge that the duties of this position closely connect the employee's name to Pepperdine University, and, as such, personal websites and social media pages must comply with the mission and values of the University.
