Job Description:
The Community Director is an exciting live-in position in our Residence Life & Housing program which begins on July 1st. The position supervises a residential area of up to 250 upper-class students, and provides leadership to 9 student Resident Assistants. Our program is focused on creating a dynamic living and learning environment, that is welcoming and safe. Our 1400 residential students are housed in a variety of housing styles. Responsibilities include traditional resident director duties, student conduct duties, as well as community building and outreach to the rest of the College community.
Requirements:
The Community Director should be an enthusiastic student-centered, professional who can work independently and as a member of a team. Master’s degree in related field required, with at least 1 – 2 years of professional experience desired.
