Assistant Coordinator, Peer Educator Programs

Major Duties:
Under general supervision, the Assistant Coordinator of Peer Programs will enhance development of the BLUES Education Project through supervision and instruction of campus Peer Educators. Assists with coordination, evaluation, and expansion of the project in the following areas: classroom instruction and co-curricular development. Oversees the efforts of the BLUES Project student executive board; oversees the development of additional outreach tools on depression and suicide; coordinates and evaluates campus wide depression/suicide awareness outreach events; coordinates efforts to update the BLUES manuals/syllabi and additional existing curriculum; assists with the BLUES Project student selection and recruitment process; assists with the development of BLUES Project programmatic efforts; provides administrative support to the Coordinator of Peer Programs; and performs other duties as assigned.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule:
Salary is commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience. The university offers an excellent benefit package.
Anticipated hiring max: $1551
Hours: Part-Time; 20hrs/wk, to be arranged between 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F; temporary-renewable, end date to be determined.
