We are pleased to inform you that we have rescheduled the “Managing Stress through Mindfulness” workshop. Please join us for this helpful, interactive workshop led by the Office for Health and Wellness Promotion. Additional information on the workshop is provided below.

Managing Stress through Mindfulness
Mindfulness based stress reduction cultivates greater awareness of the unity of mind and body, as well as of the ways the unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can undermine emotional, physical, and spiritual health. We invite you to stop, breath, observe, and connect with one’s inner experience, as you navigate the high stress environment of graduate school at USC.
