Student Engagement Program Manager
(Part-Time Employment, 15hrs/week average)

USC University Communications is seeking a graduate student, preferably in the field of Postsecondary Student Affairs, to manage a peer-to-peer communications program designed to engage current USC students and enhance their development.

An ideal candidate for this position would have a deep interest in Postsecondary Student Affairs and a professional or academic focus in student engagement and development. This position will oversee and direct the Trojans 360 program through this academic year and beyond, starting fall 2015.


Trojans 360 is a student-led program, launched in fall 2014 and advised and overseen by USC Communications, which aims to inform and inspire the student community to make the most of the opportunities and resources at USC. (http://trojans360.tumblr.com/) Our student bloggers share tips and personal reflections on the student experience, highlight leadership and career development opportunities, and encourage their peers to get involved, be well, utilize support services when needed, and take care of one another.

The Program Manager will manage, advise and evaluate 5 to 7 student bloggers and 2 student content managers/editors, oversee processes and budget, and work to ensure Trojans 360 is effective and innovative in its goal of engaging and informing current USC students.
