Student Support and Equity Programs (SSEP), an organizational unit of the Division of Student Affairs, strives for excellence through a student-centered philosophy.  SSEP aims to make a positive difference in the lives of students through high quality programs and services that promote educational opportunity and support student learning and success. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Director participates fully in the overall leadership and management of Student Support and Equity Programs (SSEP); provides advice and assistance to the Executive Director in such areas as strategic planning, budgeting, policy formulation and analysis, grant writing, employee relations and organizational development; seeks out and secures external funding; prepares ad hoc and annual reports, handles special projects and serves as administrator-in-charge in the Executive Director’s absence; and collaborates with the information technology staff of the Division of Student Affairs along with the department of Information Technology (IT) to secure and access various reports.
