18-month Project Coordinator Position

Job Summary 
Under general supervision of The Riordan Programs Executive Director, the Project 
Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and implementation of activities and projects sponsored by The Riordan Programs. Duties include: Program operations management; assist in the editing of program materials, publications, social media and advertisement, maintain the program website, financial / budget maintenance; coordinate logistical aspects of programs such as parking, transportation and securing and managing volunteers; supervision of student assistants, fundraising assistance; assist with advisory board development; and assist with development of program curriculum; and co-management of the Programs' participants and teams. Manage or oversee Special Projects related to donor relations, alumni and advisory board and the Scholars Site Based Programs. Additional administrative duties include answering phones, composing letters and other correspondence, photocopying and ordering office supplies.  


The position will be closing tomorrow.
