The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy is looking for two student assistants to assist with two
summer workshops. Each student assistant will work on one workshop.
They have a pre-doctoral and a master’s workshop planned.
Duties include:
- developing and implementing the workshop agendas
- maintaining contact with a broad range of workshop faculty members, participants, and stakeholders, both to ensure participation and schedule planning meetings and phone calls and to make sure that all logistics (e.g. days/times, directions, parking arrangements) have been communicated
- maintain contact with student applicants and attendees
- Strong organization skills and good communication skills are required, and a record of student experience working planning events and/or maintaining contact with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
Pay is $14 an hour.
