The Career Development and Employer Relations Manger provides career services to Fully Employed MBA students in the Encino, Westlake Village, and Santa Barbara regions. This position's primary function will include providing career advisement to students and facilitating opportunities that support their needs with respect to professional preparations and advancement.
DUTIES: Provide Fully Employed students and alumni resources and guidance pertaining to various aspects of their career preparation and management; develop and implement Career Management webinars and events; involve corporate partners and alumni in developing industry and functional events; facilitate networking opportunities for students through professional associations; provide guidance on maximizing the value of these opportunities toward the exploration and advancement of their careers; leverage existing and emerging career management platforms to broaden the reach of services provided to students and alumni and strengthen connections among them; assist in the development of a mention program with students and alumni; outreach to alumni and activate involvement in Graziadio Alumni Network events and councils.
